What to expect from a group mat class.
My teaching is devoted to the classical method.
Classes are small and supportive. Maximum of 12 people. There is a flow and an energy to the group sessions. We work together and at the same time each individual receives guidance specific to them. There is focus and fun. We do the work and we celebrate ourselves along the way.

Mats and all necessary props are provided at the studio
